Parents, Tomorrow February 22nd is an *EARLY RELEASE DAY*. Students in Kindergarten to 2nd grade will be released at 12:30 pm and grades 3rd to 5th will be released at 1:00 pm. |

Here are the daily themes: Monday 02/05- Sports Day- Wear your favorite jersey Tuesday 02/06- 80’s Day- Dress in 80's style Wednesday 02/07- Wacky Tacky Day- Mix match patterns for fun a fun outfit Thursday 02/08- Sunglasses Day- Our future at BridgePrep is so bright, we gotta wear shades! Friday 02/09- Animal Day- Dress like your favorite animal. Parents: Come volunteer in daily theme attire for bonus volunteer hours! |

Class Group Picture & **MAKE-UP** Picture Day on Friday, Jan. 26th (1/23/2018)
Please have your students wear SPIRIT SHIRTS on Friday, Jan. 26th for the Class Group Pictures. If they did not get a chance to take the individual yearbook picture, please send the LIGHT BLUE Polo shirt in their bookbags because we will also be doing Make-Up Pictures. |
4th Annual Literacy Walk (1/16/2018)
Join us for our Fourth Annual BridgePrep Academy of Hollywood Hills Literacy Walk January 26th, 2018 Our literacy walk is a fun event that promotes health and fitness while raising funds for the enhancement of our program. During tis event, we walk laps around our campus (30 max) Our goal this year is to raise $5000 If the school meets this goal, students will be rewarded with a No Uniform Day! Literacy Walk Info • Only $10.00 minimum donations to participate • Raise $30 in sponsorships and earn a free t-shirt • Ice Cream party for the 10 students that collect the most in sponsorships • Pizza Party for the homeroom with the most amount in sponsorships and gift card for the teacher We strive for 100% participation!! All BridgePrep families are asked to donate the items that will be sold at the Literacy Walk. All donations can be dropped off in the main office and may be used toward volunteer hour requirements. Grade K-1: One box of juice pouches or one pack of mini sports drink Grade 2-3: One case of mini bottled water Grade 4-5: One package of snacks of 10 or more items We also need volunteers to help out during the walk! Welcome to 2018! (1/8/2018)
As winter break comes to a close, we look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday, January 9. Reminders: Stay warm by layering up under uniform top and/or by wearing a navy blue jacket or cardigan on top of uniform if needed. Student supervision begins at 7:30 am, no student should be dropped off prior to this time unless they are registered for the Before School Care program. Classrooms are opened at 7:45 am. Class starts at 8 am. Any student walking in after that time is considered tardy. After 8:10 am, a parent must come into the office to sign the child into school and for them to receive a tardy pass. No student will be allowed in the classroom without a tardy pass after 8:10 am. Every minute counts! Please get your children to school on time and help them win a "No tardy award"! Happy 2018 Bulldogs! |
