2019 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday (7/25/2019)
During the #BacktoSchool2019 Sales Tax Holiday Aug. 2 through Aug. 6, qualifying items will be exempt from tax including: certain school supplies selling for $15 or less per item as well as clothing, footwear, and certain accessories selling for $60 or less per item; and computers and certain accessories selling for $1,000 or less per item, when purchased for noncommercial or personal use. Don't wait until the last minute; make sure your child's immunizations are up to date!! Please review the following especially if your child is entering Kindergarten or Middle School. Students in Kindergarten through eighth grade (K-8) who are making their initial entry into a Florida school must present both a record of a physical examination completed within the last twelve months, and a Florida Certification of Immunization (Form DH 680) documenting age appropriate immunizations. |
