STUDENT OF THE MONTH
The Broward County School District integrates Character Education into its curriculum, focusing on eight core traits: Responsibility, Citizenship, Kindness, Respect, Honesty, Self-Control, Tolerance, and Cooperation.
These traits are promoted through various classroom activities. One student per class will be selected as "Student of the Month" and parent will be notified.
The district also offers resources for parents and staff through partnerships and provides specific curriculum for life skills and wellness, aligned with state requirements for resiliency education.
Our school celebrates our selected students with a breakfast with their parents at the end of each month. This month this event will happen on Tuesday, September 24th at 8:45 AM.
This month's character trait is COOPERATION.
